Due to high order demand, order processing time may take up to 1 to 3 business days.

2. Shipping Times

Standard Shipments: Delivery takes 6 to 10 business days depending on the destination.

3. Refunds and Late Deliveries

If your order is delivered after your desired date but arrives in perfect condition, we will not offer refunds.

Refunds are only available if the product arrives damaged or in unusable condition. This policy helps us continue providing free shipping and high-quality products to all customers.

4. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, or several failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment.

5. Shipping Delays & Unforeseen Events

While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by increased shipping demand, logistics issues, or unforeseen events are beyond our control.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.

Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier details for the customer to investigate.

7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt.

Please provide photos of the damaged package and items for assessment.

8. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times and costs vary based on the destination.
